Refunds & Cancellations

Academy of Sports Sciences Research and Management (ASSRM) believes in providing convenience to parents and students as far as possible. The online fees payments facility covers all types of payments that may be made to the college during the course of academic year. Fee once paid is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances in future. Don't pay any extra amount apart from the requisite fee.

Cancellation are permitted for new admissions and governed by the college policy for the given year. Should a child who has been offered admission and has paid admission fees, registration charges and other charges wish to withdraw his name, then deductions according to the college rules for the given academic year will apply. Please read the admission form instructions carefully for the given academic year to know more about rules and regulations that may apply.

Withdrawal of student from the college may be permitted after serving adequate notice as governed by rules and regulations framed for the given academic year.
Note: Admission once cancelled will not be re-considered and fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The college refunds security deposit of students who withdraw after serving required notice and completing other formalities and compliances that are required by rules for the given academic year. The refund of admission fees and or other fees for new applicants are governed by the rules for the given academic year guidelines.

In case of any technical issue found in online fee payment, such as

  • During the online payment through credit/debit card if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening.
  • The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction.
  • The payment gets deducted from the payer's account and does not reach the institute's account or payment gets debited twice due to server error.

We shall not be responsible in any case until the course fee paid by student or parent is credited in to the Bank Account of the institute. If credited into our account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the institute norms.
